We are located in the District of Timiskaming, along Highway 11, on the shore of Long Lake and just north of North Bay.

The Municipality of Charlton and Dack is a family oriented community with a population of 671. The most recent census has shown a dramatic 9.5% increase in population and we continue to grow. There are many aspects of the community that make Charlton and Dack unique including, miles of shoreline, scenic parks, four seasons of recreation and over a 100 years of heritage. Charlton and Dack has become a great location for young families, retirees and tourists.

The waters of Long Lake, as well as the many surrounding lakes and rivers in the area are overflowing with the most sought after fish. Any angler will appreciate the great variety of fish that our lake has to offer pickerel, brook trout, lake trout, rainbow trout, sturgeon, small mouth bass, northern pike, and perch.
